The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties May 30. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Jessie M. Ritenour, 27, of Normalville was charged with retail theft and resisting arrest.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Huey E. Hughes, 44, of McClellandtown was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement, DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Allicia L. Brownfield, 23, of Lake Lynn was charged with selling liquor to a minor.

Kenneth W. Rohr III, 19, of Smithfield was charged with DUI.

Darrel Foster, 40, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Cornelius Dotson, 40, of Masontown was charged with DUI.

Vincent E. Knight Jr., 23, of Uniontown was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement.

Cody A. Pratt, 23, of Martin was charged with DUI.

Nicholas G. Hoist, 24, of Masontown was charged with aggravated assault, fleeing from an officer, reckless endangerment, simple assault, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Victor R. Sykes, 59, of Leisenring was charged with indent assault.

John M. Roudabush, 60, of Vanderbilt was charged with DUI.

William M. Rowe, 27, of White Oak was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Tyler G. Hager, 31, of Dawson was charged with simple assault.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge David Balint

Victor A. Richardson, 37, of Vicksburg, Mississippi was charged with DUI.

Larissa S. Jones, 20, of Wind Ridge was charged with receiving stolen property.

Jacob A. Fonner, 33, of Waynesburg was charged with burglary, theft, criminal trespass and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Nicholas J. Bezjak, 25, of Greensboro was charged with possession of marijuana.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Anthony E. Pellegrino, 62, of Monongahela was charged with terroristic threats.

Sean R. Flaherty, 24, of New Eagle was charged with DUI, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Rachel B. Cintra, 33, of Monessen was charged with DUI and possession of marijuana.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Kyle R. Debee, 29, of Bentleyville was charged with DUI.

Jason A. Swoger, 46, of Fredericktown was charged with fraudulent titles.

Scott A. Patton, 55, of Ellsworth was charged with DUI.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Deshawn C. Barfield, 24, of Washington was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, harassment and intent to possess a controlled substance.
