Public intoxication
Eduardo Delgado, 25, of Connellsville was cited for public drunkenness after Connellsville police were called to McDonald’s Jan. 8 for a report of an unconscious male. Police reportedly found him asleep in front of the fast-food restaurant.
CONNELLSVILLE
Man charged
Ronald Bee, 48, of Connellsville was charged for allegedly breaking into a West Crawford Avenue home Jan. 1 and stealing several items, including a debit card which he allegedly used. Connellsville police reportedly found him with the stolen items, drug paraphernalia and heroin packaged for sale. He waived charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, forgery, access device fraud and two counts of receiving stolen property to the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas Jan. 25.

Retail theft
Michael T. Stewart, 30, of Connellsville was cited with retail theft for allegedly trying to steal several items from Family Dollar Jan. 12. Police said he fled the store when an employee confronted him.

Window shot out
Connellsville police cited Nicholas M. Kozakovsky, 18, of Connellsville for allegedly shooting out the window of a vehicle with a BB gun from an upstairs apartment on South Prospect Street Dec. 31.

Inmate charged
William Walker, no age or address given, is facing misdemeanor charges of assault by prisoner and aggravated harassment by prisoner for allegedly throwing a cup of suspected urine on two SCI-Greene employees, Sgt. Michael Beers and registered nurse Jennifer Mercier, Feb. 1 while they were handing out medication.

DUI crash
David E. Overforff, 62, of Ruffs Dale is facing two counts of DUI after he was allegedly involved in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of State Route 136 and Walton Tea Road at about 7 p.m. Feb. 3.
SOUTH CONNELLSVILLE
Criminal mischief
State police said someone damaged a vehicle belonging to a 34-year-old South Connellsville man while it was parked on Pine Street between 1 a.m. and 9 a.m. Jan. 12.
