James E. Taylor, 35, of Connellsville was cited with disorderly conduct after he allegedly ran from Connellville officers on Decatur Avenue, March 7.

Jeremy R. Burden, 72, of Connellsville was cited with public drunkenness after he was allegedly found laying in a yard intoxicated near the intersection of South Arch Street and Short Street, Friday.

Connellsville police said they charged a 13-year-old Connellsville girl and a 15-year-old Connellsville boy after they were allegedly found walking on the roof of Molinaro Law Office on West Peach Street, Friday.

Pamela S. Stein, 56, of Connellsville was charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing Christmas decorations from Martin’s Foods, Dec. 19, and attempting to return them for cash.

Robert Daughery, 51, of Lemont Furnace was cited with public drunkenness after he was allegedly found intoxicated in the area of North Arch Street and West Crawford Avenue, Thursday.

Kelly Bageant, 23, of Connellsville was cited with retail theft for allegedly stealing a drink from Honey Bear has station on Snyder Street, March 6.

Man charged
Austin P. Lukehart, 19, of Fairchance was charged with simple assault and two counts of criminal mischief for allegedly damaging a vehicle and home at 626 Upper Middletown Road, Feb. 15, and hit a person on the property, according to state police.

Copper stolen
State police said someone stole about 50 feet of 8-gauge copper grounding wire from an AT&T cellphone tower in a field next to 204 Devil Dog Drive sometime between 7 a.m. Sept. 1 and 11:30 a.m. Friday. The wire was valued at $100.

Man charged
Vincent D. Fordyce, 49, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after he was allegedly found walking around Crossland Avenue intoxicated at about 2:20 p.m. Feb. 21.
