Recent arrests 3-23-18
The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties March 10-11. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.
Brian E. McFadden, 45, of Connellsville was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
James E. Taylor, 35, of Connellsville was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit theft, theft, criminal conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy to commit criminal mischief and criminal mischief.
Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning
Henry C. Jackson, 29, of Merrittstown was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.
Joshua M. Fitzgerald, 23, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple assault.
Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock
Ralph W. Kelley III, 20, of Fairchance was charged with simple assault and stalking.
Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II
Wayne A. Ohler, 41, of Leisenring was charged with simple assault.
Greene County
Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates
Matthew G. Barth, 35, of Waynesburg was charged with attempted aggravated assault, disarming law enforcement, attempted escape, resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension and false identification.
Westmoreland County
Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso
Joseph D. Axton, 39, of Charleroi was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
William Gallaway, 31, of Waynesburg was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, false identification and disorderly conduct.
Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels
Devon J. Mitchell, 22, of Turtle Creek was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
John Anthony Saban Jr., 25, of Pittsburgh was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
James W. Clarke, 25, of Pittsburgh was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
