Warrant arrest
Brownsville police, a constable, state parole and Redstone police arrested Gary Brooks, 27, on a state parole warrant at Mulligan Manor on Second Street after police received a call that he was in an apartment at the location. Police said he was found hiding in a closet. He was allegedly found with drug paraphernalia and charged.

Simple assault
Madison L. Colucci, 20, of New Eagle was charged with simple assault for alleged domestic abuse at a Second Street apartment at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday.

Saytimma A. King, 19, of North Versailles, Kenneth Lee III, 18, of East Pittsburgh, Sean R. Leftwich, 19, of Erie, Rebekah Mingucha-Rosales, 19, of Reading, De’Shae L. Moore, 19, of Penn Hills, Chelsea R. Patterson, 18, of Pittsburgh, Kyreek T. Sayles, 20, of McKeesport and Javion J. Smith, 19, of Aliquippa were cited under the borough’s disorderly house ordinance for allegedly making unreasonable noise during a Vulcan Village party at about 10:45 p.m. March 25. Police said fighting was reported and the area smelled like marijuana.

False reports
Roxanne Childers, 35, of Brownsville was charged with false reports for allegedly making false statements about James T. Ritter, 37, of Brownsville, which led to his arrest. At a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Joshua P. Kanalis at 9:30 a.m. Monday, she reportedly said she lied to police.

Strangulation
Darrell L. Furlong, 30, of Isabella is charged with strangulation and simple assault for allegedly hitting Destinie R. Johnson, holding her down and blocking her airway at about 4 p.m. Monday at 527 2nd Street.
