The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties April 20-22. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Carl A. Fordyce, 27, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.

Darias D. Evans, 18, of McClellandtown was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Jessica Hollis, 31, of Connellsville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Michael A. Sarokon, 22, of Mount Pleasant was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Corey Meier, 36, of Connellsville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Aaron M. Snyder, 19, of Columbus, Ohio was charged with DUI.

Zachary T. Duritsky, 22, of Uniontown was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.

Donald A. Ciampanelli, 53, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Richard E. Burgraff, 24, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Angela K. Reuther, 21, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Amber E. Martin, 29, of Fairchance was charged with defiant trespassing.

Anthony C. Williams, 32, of New Salem was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

David G. Kotyuha, 25, of Uniontown was charged with DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael S. McChesney, 28, of Farmington was charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Charles E. Kilo, 49, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Mark A. Rusinack, 18, of Vanderbilt was charged with simple assault.

Gerald E. Wiltrout III, 50, of Dunbar was charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a firearm prohibited, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Pauleen Jensen, 51, of Connellsville was charged with simple assault.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Jimmie B. Coulter, 63, of Donora was charged with buying or exchanging federal food stamps, fraudulent traffic in food orders and theft.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Hunter D. McCurley, 20, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Jeremiah R. Cox, 18, of California was charged with possession of marijuana, resisting arrest and flight to avoid apprehension.

Jimmie B. Coulter, 63, of Donora was charged with buying or exchanging federal food stamps, fraudulent traffic in food orders and theft.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso

Jacob Connelly, 25, of Ruffsdale was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Lisa A. Dascani, 45, of Belle Vernon was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
