The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties April 23. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Jessica A. Vinroe, 30, of Pittsburgh was charged with theft.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Scott S. Kattera, 60, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Randolph T. Bartley II, 26, of Dickerson Run was charged with retail theft.

Ashley A. Lomax, 29, of Donora was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

James F. Nehls, 35, of Brownsville was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Jason Dennis, 42, of Markleysburg was charged with writing bad checks.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Matthew A. Garner, 23, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.

Daniel P. Murphy Jr., 29, of Dunbar was charged with receiving stolen property and retail theft.

Gina Russell, 37, of Belle Vernon was charged with DUI.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Loretta M. Figolah, 34, of Donora was charged with theft and criminal trespass.

Michael C. Tatar Jr., 30, of Monongahela was charged with fleeing to elude an officer, reckless endangerment and obstructing law enforcement.

Jasper J. Grubb, 22, of Donora was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Frederick Frameli, 68, of Bentleyville was charged with unsworn falsification to authorities.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Robert W. Chlebowski, 33, of Mt. Pleasant was charged with possession with intent to deliver, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
