DUI crash
State police said a 39-year-old Greensburg man was driving a 1999 Mazda Protege under the influence of alcohol and crashed on a left curve of State Route 981 near Neiderhiser Road at about 3:45 p.m. April 10. A half-empty bottle of E&J VSOP superior brandy was found in the passenger seat, police said.

One-vehicle crash
State police said driver Scott A. Guynn, 23, of Vanderbilt drove off Vances Mill Road and hit a tree at about 4 a.m. Monday. No injuries were reported.

Liquor law violation
The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited the Fraternal Order of Eagles Point Marion Aerie No. 1932 for allegedly failing to maintain complete and truthful records pertaining to operation.

Retail theft
Rostraver Township police charged Jermaine L. Mosley, 27, of Charleroi with retail theft for an alleged incident at Walmart at 10:16 p.m. March 5.

Justin C. Levay, 32, of Rostraver Township was charged with theft and four counts of access device fraud for an alleged incident at Walmart at about 4:40 p.m. Sunday.
