The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties April 27-29. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

George D. Jones, 40, of Lemont Furnace was charged with simple assault.

Nessa M. Teets, 27, of Uniontown was charged with flight to avoid apprehension.

Eric J. Myers, 47, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Mark A. Liston Jr., 22, of Connellsville was charged with theft, criminal conspiracy and criminal trespass.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Cody A. Miller, 34, of Charlotte, North Carolina was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest, providing false identification to law enforcement and disorderly conduct.

Jonathan A. Lewis, 33, of New Salem was charged with theft.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Colleen White, 54, of New Salem was charged with retail theft.

Armani D. Williams, 21, of Uniontown was charged with delivering a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana.

Michael J. Quinn, 59, of Chalkhill was charged with DUI.

Jacob O. Ciaccia, 23, of Farmington was charged with DUI.

Mark V. Mancini, 23, of Lemont Furnace was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Rodney W. Hiles Jr., 23, of Lemont Furnace was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Eric S. Skovira, 41, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Brandi A. Long, 28, of Dawson was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of contraband, intent to possess a controlled substance and delivering a controlled substance.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Scott M. Cottrell, 32, of Point Marion was charged with simple assault.

Susan F. Marilungo, 56, of McClellandtown was charged with simple assault.

Jeremy R. Moccaldi, 46, of Smithfield was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Harry A. Brooks, 20, of Dunbar was charged with endangering the welfare of children, simple assault, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension and disorderly conduct.

David R. Brooks, 30, of Dunbar was charged with endangering the welfare of children, simple assault, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Robert B. Bercosky, 19, of Fredericktown was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Joseph A. Brownlee, 29, of Nemacolin was charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Kimberly S. Botsko, 60, of Finleyville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Richard E. Vanholt, 29, of Pittsburgh was charged with retail theft.

Bruce C. Johnson, 46, of Elco was charged with corruption of minors, terroristic threats, strangulation, simple assault, discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, and reckless endangerment.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Scott E. Deditch, 33, of Marianna was charged with kidnap to inflict injury, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso

Jamec T. Kizzie, 16, of Monessen was charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a minor and firearms not to be carried without a license.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Curtis R. Eakman of Van Meter was charged with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and possessing a counterfeit device.

James R. Wergin, 40, of Monessen was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
