Liquor law violation
The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited Boondocks Bar and Grill for allegedly permitted smoking in a public place where smoking is prohibited.

Aggravated assault
State police charged Gregory T. Trump, 22, of Uniontown with aggravated assault and simple assault for allegedly punching Michael Bartko Jr. of New Salem in the Hunter’s Ridge parking lot April 8 during a party. Bartko was treated at Uniontown Hospital for a broken nose, according to court paperwork. Trump reportedly denied the assault, but police said the account was verified by a witness.
