The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties May 1. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Paul N. Johnson II, 67, of Merrittstown was charged with accidents involving damage to attended vehicles or property.

Fabian Pedraza, 28, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.

Matthew M. Bowlen Jr., 26, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Jennifer M. Harden, 28, of Smithfield was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Teets

Walter E. Turek Jr., 38, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Tracy L. Leapline, 38, of Dunbar was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Samantha J. Baker, 30, of Fairchance was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Melissa D. Wiles, 30, of Farmington was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph M. Hillavach, 25, of Perryopolis was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew M. Bowlen Jr., 26, of Uniontown was charged with access device fraud and theft.

Phillip S. Mosley, 20, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nessa M. Teets, 27, of Uniontown was charged with forgery and theft.

William P. Buehner, 49, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Timothy P. Warwood, 42, of McClellandtown was charged with DUI.

Timothy R. Smith, 71, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was charged with theft.

Kelly L. Zavatsky, 46, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Travis L. Hall, 26, of Dunbar was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Francis P. Frisina, 35, of Millsboro was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eric M. Zunic, 40, of Belle Vernon was charged with fleeing and eluding.

Gary D. Bryan, 50, of Uniontown was charged with fleeing and eluding and DUI.

Jeremy M. Lilly, 33, of Smithton was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeffrey B. Kreinbrook, 41, of Dunbar was charged with DUI.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Emmett J. Rivers, 45, of Donora was charged with fleeing or eluding, flight to avoid apprehension and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Jamara L. Jacobs, 21, of Homestead was charged with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Jonathan Estela-Rivera, 28, of Monessen was charged with forgery, access device fraud, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to commit access device fraud.

Amber N. Egler, 29, of Monessen was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit access device fraud.

Lisa Dascani, 45, of Belle Vernon was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit access device fraud.

Jamel C. Miles, 30, of Greensburg was charged with simple assault.
