The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties May 2. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Stephen E. Kezmarsky III, 50, of Uniontown was charged with theft and false or fraudulent insurance claims.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Tommi C. Barber, 32, of Masontown was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Scott A. Broadwater, 47, of Carmichaels was charged with retail theft.

Alexander W. Prince, 20, of Scottdale was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason A. Richter, 36, of Leisenring was charged with DUI.

Diana L. Hedges, 51, of Jersey Shore, was charged with DUI.

Chassidy A. Stenger, 37, of Ruffsdale was charged with forgery, theft and criminal conspiracy to commit forgery.

Marjorie A. Jay, 35, of Connellsville was charged with forgery, theft, criminal conspiracy to commit forgery and criminal conspiracy to commit theft.

Anthony W. Sarsfield, 42, of Ruffsdale was charged with forgery, theft, criminal conspiracy to commit forgery and criminal conspiracy to commit theft.

Joseph L. Campbell, 63, of Belle Vernon was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Sashuan S. Townsend, 22, of Philadelphia was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit contraband, contraband and criminal use of a communication facility.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Douglas P. Jellots, 58, of Waynesburg was charged with reckless endangerment.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Ashley K. Anthony, 30, of Monongahela was charged with endangering the welfare of children, Dui and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Ashley Chalfant, 27, of North Charleroi was charged with false identification.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Scott T. Roberts, 49, of Azle, Texas, was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

John Onisko, 41, of Brownsville was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Seth Johnston, 20, of East Millsboro was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brooke A. Dills, 38, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Chase A. O’Brien, 19, of Monongahela was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Ryan K. Lynch, 31, of Greensburg was charged with DUI.
