The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties May 3. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Steven M. Jacobosky, 46, of Uniontown was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and access device fraud.
William B. Leighty, 50, of Uniontown was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and access device fraud.
Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty
Randolph T. Bartley II, 26, of Vanderbilt was charged with burglary, defiant trespass and theft.
David E. Jacobs, 20, of Melcroft was charged with DUI.
Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries
Sheri L. Bergman, 43, of Adah was charged with theft and retail theft.
Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning
William Ritz, 27, of Smock was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Diana Scherer, 33, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Albert H. Stefanik, 29, of Vestaburg was charged with burglary, theft and receiving stolen property.
Jeremy A. Marish, 27, of Belle Vernon was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Richard J. Noel, 25, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Jermaine L. Mosley, 28, of Charleroi was charged with accidents involving damage to vehicles or property, accidents involving death or personal injury, false reports and receiving stolen property.
Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson
Billy R. Crowell Jr., 52, of Carmichaels was charged with burglary and theft.
Randy C. Anderson Sr., 65, of Ellsworth was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.
Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis
Christopher A. Mort, 32, of Fredericktown was charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Westmoreland County

Jessica L. Rose, 24, of Monessen was charged with identity theft, obstruction of the administration of law and false identification.
Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels
Michael C. Cunningham, 56, of Mount Pleasant was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.
