The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties May 4-6. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

James C. Shea Sr., 52, of McClellandtown was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Scott R. Ritenour, 47, of Connellsville was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

John D. Porter, 28, of Republic was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Samantha J. Schubert, 21, of Republic was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Leonard R. Karpel Jr., 39, of Lemont Furnace was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Joshua M. Glover, 32, of Uniontown was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and access device fraud.

Richard S. Wilson, 26, of Uniontown was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Julie A. Olsen, 23, of Uniontown was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.

Jorge L. Garcia, 45, of Farmington was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Justin R. Miller, 34, of Republic was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Timothy J. Newlon, 40, of Point Marion was charged with aggravated assault, strangulation and simple assault.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Chad M. DeSantis, 35, of Monongahela was charged with tampering with ignition interlock.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Amber L. Sayre, 37, of Cokeburg was charged with DUI.

Jacqueline M. Mooney, 22, of Pittsburgh was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Fred Crawford III, 21, of Pittsburgh was charged with receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana.

Wanya T. Harris, 22, of Brownsville was charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and criminal mischief.

Donald Deems, 52, of Vestaburg was charged with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property, simple assault, harassment and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Jonathan H. Nugara, 24, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Monicca R. Perry-Lee, 49, of Daisytown was charged with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Justin J. Johnston, no age listed, of Gastonville was charged with retail theft.

Thomas M. Milovac, 71, of Yukon was charged with DUI.
