The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties May 10. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Shirale D. Harris, 23, of Uniontown was charged with accidents involving damage to vehicles or property and reckless endangerment.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Jasmine E. Johnson, 23, of Brownsville was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Joseph E. Trillow Jr., 20, of Dunbar was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Timothy J. Anderson, 46, of Latrobe was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Donna F. Nicholson, 28, of Normalville was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Travis L. Hall, 26, of Dunbar was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ronda E. Smith, 38, of Dunbar was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ronald K. Hall Jr., 38, of Dunbar was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver drugs, possession with intent to deliver drugs and criminal conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Anthony D. Gibbons, 38, of Uniontown was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Davis W. Hall, 25, of Uniontown was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

David A. Avery, 26, of Masontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Mary J. Hlatky, 21, of Lake Lynn was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Blake A. Travis, 19, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lisa M. Francy, 33, of Connellsville was charged with retail theft.

Damian M. Smith, 25, of Dawson was charged with burglary and theft.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Bethann Jennion, 49, of New Eagle was charged with obstructing the administration of law and hindering apprehension.

David L. Jennion Jr., 30, of New Eagle was charged with flight to avoid apprehension.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Laura L. Thavenius, 40, of Cokeburg was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tiffany R. Lucy, 34, of Coal Center was charged with DUI and reckless endangerment.

Kevin C. Koslosky, 49, of Ellsworth was charged with DUI.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Ryan P. Creek, 19, of Smithton was charged with simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Roberta A. Coney, 64, of Pittsburgh was charged with reckless endangerment.
