The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties May 11-13. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.
Christie L. Dewitt, 42, of Connellsville was charged with simple assault.
Fred Mitchell, 27, of Connellsville was charged with robbery, theft and receiving stolen property.
Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries
Robert B. Carpenter Jr., 55, of Reedsville, West Virginia, was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possession of a weapon, simple assault, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
Nicole A. Nicklow, 40, no address listed, was charged with defiant trespass.

Richard A. Crossland, 56, of Uniontown was charged with theft.
Mary L. Ifedigbo, 41, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.
James C. Firestone, 38, of Gans was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft.

Robert B. Carpenter Jr., 55, of Reedsville, West Virginia, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

David A. Avery, 26, of Masontown was charged with receiving stolen property and flight to avoid apprehension.
Cassandra L. Worry, 24, of Smithfield was charged with simple assault.
Nathan J. Sapp, 25, of Smithfield was charged with strangulation and simple assault.
John P. Batko Jr., 31, of Masontown was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance/
Samantha A. Salisbury, 24, of Masontown was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Scott J. Campbell, 57, of Wind Ridge was charged with robbery and simple assault.
David H. Stauffer II, 54, of Waynesburg was charged with terroristic threats, false imprisonment and simple assault.
Charles W. Nation Jr., 38, of Steubenville, Ohio, was charged with theft.
