The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties May 11-13. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Christie L. Dewitt, 42, of Connellsville was charged with simple assault.

Fred Mitchell, 27, of Connellsville was charged with robbery, theft and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Robert B. Carpenter Jr., 55, of Reedsville, West Virginia, was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possession of a weapon, simple assault, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Nicole A. Nicklow, 40, no address listed, was charged with defiant trespass.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Richard A. Crossland, 56, of Uniontown was charged with theft.

Mary L. Ifedigbo, 41, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

James C. Firestone, 38, of Gans was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Robert B. Carpenter Jr., 55, of Reedsville, West Virginia, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

David A. Avery, 26, of Masontown was charged with receiving stolen property and flight to avoid apprehension.

Cassandra L. Worry, 24, of Smithfield was charged with simple assault.

Nathan J. Sapp, 25, of Smithfield was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

John P. Batko Jr., 31, of Masontown was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance/

Samantha A. Salisbury, 24, of Masontown was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Kristin M. Collins, 34, of Dickerson Run was charged with theft and misapplying entrusted funds.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Ryan J. Brooks, 34, of Spraggs was charged with simple assault.

Glenn F. Yoney, 47, of Carmichaels was charged with simple assault.

James Popielarcheck, 29, of Jefferson was charged with simple assault.

Scott J. Campbell, 57, of Wind Ridge was charged with robbery and simple assault.

David H. Stauffer II, 54, of Waynesburg was charged with terroristic threats, false imprisonment and simple assault.

Charles W. Nation Jr., 38, of Steubenville, Ohio, was charged with theft.

Nicholas M. Palmer, 20, of Greensboro was charged with retail theft.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Samuel J. Zangla, 53, of Vestaburg was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Jonathan G. Boyle, 37, of Clayridge was charged with terroristic threats and resisting arrest

David S. Elliott, 38, of Clarksville was charged with tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brandon J. West, 25, of Fredericktown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jorge A. Llanos III, 18, of Bethel Park was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Charles Graham, 52, of Charleroi was charged with strangulation and resisting arrest.

Justin C. Levay, 32, of Belle Vernon was charged with acquiring a controlled substance my misrepresentation, identity theft and possession of a controlled substance.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Keith M. Carilli, 39, of West Newton was charged with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and distributing a small amount of marijuana.

Haley A. Miller, 20, of Acme was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Autumn M. Mason, 32, of Scottdale was charged with DUI.

Aubrianna Levinson, 18, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cody Fetsco, 20, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph A. Greep, 42, of Mount Pleasant was charged with terroristic threats.
