The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties May 15. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Krysten L. Elish, 31, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
James B. Brown, 53, of Uniontown was charged with failure to register.
Ramon S. Dennis, 32, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.
Richard D. Thomas, 34, of Fairbank was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.
William R. Murray Jr., 32, of Fairbank was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Matthew Kulenovic, 42, of Uniontown was charged with fraudulently obtaining foodstamps.
Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries
Robert B. Carpenter Jr., 55, of Masontown, West Virginia, was charged with false written statements and unsworn falsification.
Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock
Donna J. Vansickle, 32, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II
Dennis Lint, 49, of Belle Vernon was charged with simple assault.
Matthew C. Freeman, 22, of Belle Vernon was charged with DUI.
Richard Luketich, 33, of Charleroi was charged with DUI.
