The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties May 22. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Majoria A. Jay, 35, listed as homeless, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft.

Joseph C. Stenger, 35, of Connellsville was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Miranda I. Serratta, no age listed, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, corruption of minors and selling liquor.

Kody M. Dennis, 18, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Roberto W. Franks, 40, of Uniontown was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

July L. Copley, 47, of Normalville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Joseph H. Caviness, 35, of Dawson was charged with arson, aggravated cruelty to animals, criminal mischief and defiant trespass.

Denny R. Howard, 48, of Los Lunas, New Mexico was charged with retail theft and conspiracy.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge David Balint

Chasity A. Wilson, 29, of Waynesburg was charged with retail theft.

David H. Stauffer II, 54, of Waynesburg was charged with defiant trespass and harassment.

Morgan A. Hunt, 22, of Waynesburg was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Paul A. Hewitt, 55, of Nemacolin was charged with harassment.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Paul E. Moffett, 37, of McKeesport was charged with assaulting a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Sarah A. Kennedy, 25, of Cokeburg was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Richard G. Isbell Jr., 45, of Bridgeville was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Levi J. Martin, 26, of Brownsville was charged with DUI.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Kellie M. Rush, 21, of Monessen was charged with identity theft and providing false identification to law enforcement.

Taylor R. Harrison, 27, of Monessen was charged with loitering at night.

Adam J. Pager, 30, of West Newton was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kimberly W. Geletko, 61, of Belle Vernon was charged with DUI.

Destini M. Harrison, 21, of North Charleroi was charged with possession of marijuana.

Thomas E. Davin III, 38, of Monessen was charged with DUI.

John J. Lorenzo Jr., 19, of Rostraver Township was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Marissa L. Roberts, 19, of New Eagle was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Julie L. Thomas, 19, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
