The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 26-28. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Elijah Hamilton, 21, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a firearm prohibited.

Brandon C. McGregor, 20, of Connellsville was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Michael Metts, 31, of Connellsville was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Cathy D. Dillinger, 56, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Thomas R. Rorabaugh, 29, of Mill Run was charged with simple assault and endangering the welfare of children.

Christopher T. Colbert, 21 of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Pamela F. Shelton, 33, of Punta Gorda, Florida, was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.

Jody A. Scott, 47, of Graysville was charged with materially false written statement and statement under penalty.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Madison L. Colucci, 21, of New Eagle was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Brandy L. Rhodes, 20, of Beallsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, and DUI.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Mark. A. Nogy, 57, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of firearm prohibited.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Brandon Frederick, 32, of Strongstown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
