The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Nov. 7. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Robin R. Weimer, 27, of Waltersburg was charged with contraband and possession of a controlled substance.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Robert H. Haas III, 27, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and making repairs to an offensive weapon.

Elbert S. Smith, 35, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Marc A. Orndoff, 28, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Brandy Horvwalt, 30, of Masontown was charged with forgery and theft.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Jeremy J. Lamanna, 44, of Star Junction was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Shane M. Penzera, 22, of Greensburg was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Tashayla M. Johnson, 30, of Monessen was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Christopher M. Pearson, 24, of Belle Vernon was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Nathaniel W. Smyth, 28, of San Angelo, Texas was charged with causing a catastrophe, reckless endangerment and accident involving damage to an attended vehicle.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Paul Nelson III, 32, of Monongahela was charged with possession of marijuana.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Marcus L. Bonner, 39, of Pittsburgh was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Alia R. Stovall, 32, of Ellsworth was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Trevon R. Thomas, 19, of California was charged with theft.

James D. Dunn, 37, of Washington was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert M. Roche, 29, of Belle Vernon was charged with DUI and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Tamel Wimberly, 19, of Philadelphia was charged with possession of marijuana.

Brian R. Delacruz, 22, of Lancaster was charged with retail theft.
