The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Nov. 23-25. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty
David T. McFadden, 27, of Mount Pleasant was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock
John M. Schuj, 33, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated assault, criminal trespass, burglary, robbery, making repairs to a weapon and theft.
Washington County
Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins
Myles J. Liston, 42, of Pricedale was charged with delivering a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Westmoreland County
Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)
Karron D. Waller, 22, of Pittsburgh was charged with terroristic threats, harassment, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner
Edwynn D. Jones, 38, of Monessen was charged with delivering a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence.
Chavail C. Futrell, 33, of Monessen was charged with delivering a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and tamping with evidence.
Greene County
Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates
Joshua D. Abler, 28, of Alma, Arkansas, was charged with DUI.
