The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Sept. 27. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Thomas C. Montalto Jr., 49, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.
Billy L. Rogers, 26, of Uniontown was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, criminal mischief and receiving stolen property.
Hui Lin, 38, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and possession of a weapon.
Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.
Harry E. Parker, 38, of Dunbar was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, burglary, robbery, criminal trespass, theft, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.
Michele L. Ward, no age listed, of Connellsville was charged with writing bad checks.
Craig W. Younkin, 36, of Connellsville was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
Harold R. King, 50, of Connellsville was charged with criminal mischief.
Kylee L. Berry, 19, of Connellsville was charged with delivering a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates
Lisa A. Michels, 42, of Nemacolin was charged with theft.
Charles E. Ulrich, 32, of Waynesburg was charged with theft, forgery and writing bad checks.
Joshua P. Whyel, 33, of Greensboro was charged with DUI.

Belmont F. Forsythe, 22, of Nemacolin was charged with DUI, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest.
Washington County
Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins
Robert S. Rogers, 68, of Latrobe was charged with DUI.
Jerrod A. Schreffler, 38, of Spraggs was charged with DUI.
Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis
Melanie Austin, 54, of Brownsville was charged with reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, terroristic threats and defiant trespass.

Michael V. Kelly, 60, of Monessen was charged with DUI.
Devin Whitlock, 54, of Monessen was charged with delivering a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jamarah Allen, 19, of Monessen was charged with simple assault.
Brian A. Lowther, 39, of Monessen was charged with theft.
April J. Clancy, 37, of Charleroi was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
