The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 2. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Adam S. Halfhill, 30, of Uniontown was charged with theft.

Devin M. Fitzgerald, 29, of Uniontown was charged with escape and theft.

Christopher E. Brewer, 37, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Gregory S. Richter Jr., 37, of Dunbar was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of children.

Jessica M. Richter, 31, of Dunbar was charged with endangering the welfare of children.

Eric R. Tice, 46, of Acme was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Seth M. Reed, 31, of Scottdale was charged with DUI and providing false identification to law enforcement.

Kahla M. Wingrove, 26, of Markleysburg was charged with DUI.

Joshua L. Stevens, 28, of Fairbank was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Eric L. Rucker, 40, of Hopwood was charged with DUI.

Shawn P. Milligan, 36, of New Salem was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Melody M. Ansell, 39, of Lemont Furnace was charged with endangering the welfare of children.

Anthony L. Swink, 23, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

John Hibbard, 42, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Robert A. Durst, 41, of Hopwood was charged with DUI.

Jacklin Gardner, 40, of New Geneva was charged with neglect of animals.

Linda D. Upton, 65, of Smithfield was charged with accident involving damage to an attended vehicle.

Joshua A. Hunyady, 26, of Uniontown was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

Mary J. Hlatky, 21, of Lake Lynn was charged with harassment.

Kevin A. Torok, 51, of Monongahela was charged with DUI.

James E. Pitts Jr., 28, of Dunbar was charged with rape, statutory sexual assault, IDSI, unlawful contact with a minor, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent exposure, indecent assault and furnishing liquor for a minor.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Marquise E. Quinn, 23, of Morgantown, West Virginia was charged with DUI.

Samaria N. Jackson, 31, of Uniontown was charged with defiant trespass, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Donovan Robinson, 24, of Pittsburgh was charged with receiving stolen property.

Zachary Abbott, 25, of Washington was charged with retail theft.

Jessica M. Sullivan, 32, of Washington was charged with retail theft.

Ashley R. Loar, 33, of Rices Landing was charged with retail theft.

Richard L. Antonucci, no age listed, of Monessen was charged with terroristic threats.

Richard D. Fronczak, 66, of Donora was charged with retail theft.

Benjamin J. Gush, 52, of Monessen was charged with criminal mischief.

Peter V. Scuteri, 61, of Monessen was charged with simple assault.
