Devin M. Fitzgerald, 29, of Uniontown was charged with escape and theft.
Christopher E. Brewer, 37, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Gregory S. Richter Jr., 37, of Dunbar was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of children.
Jessica M. Richter, 31, of Dunbar was charged with endangering the welfare of children.
Eric R. Tice, 46, of Acme was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.
