Criminal mischief
California Borough Police charged Jayme Robinson, 18, of Maple Heights, Ohio, with criminal mischief for allegedly causing $1,000 worth of damage to a Vulcan Village apartment door by throwing rocks at about 9 p.m. Sept. 14.

One-vehicle accident
State police said driver Austin D. Hemminger, 20, of Somerset sheared a utility pole when he went off the road on Route 381 at about 6:45 a.m. Oct. 2. No injuries were reported.

Retail theft
Rostraver Police charged Monica L. Lang, 39, of Brownsville with retail theft for allegedly stealing from Lowe’s at about 3 p.m. Sept. 11.

Man charged
Mac J. Molek, 38, who is listed as homeless was charged with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing from a Zundel Street address in Pricedale at about 6 a.m. Aug. 30.

Woman charged
Karen Paxon, 38, of West Newton was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Coal Hollow Road at about 4:30 p.m. Sept. 29.

Two-vehicle crash
Uniontown state police reported a two-vehicle collision on Kreinbrook Hill Road approximately 100 feet north of Ohler Road that occurred Sept. 30 at 1:20 p.m. The driver of one of the vehicles, Darren M. Di-Lorenzo, 35, of Greensburg was transported to Frick Hospital by Mount Pleasant Medic 10 for minor injuries, according to state police. Sarah A. Rockwell, 28, of Uniontown was the driver of the other vehicle, state police said, adding that Rockwell and her five passengers, ages 54, 8, 7 and 1, were uninjured. Both units sustained disabling damage from the collision, police said.

One-vehicle crash
A Pontiac Firebird driven by John E. Pierce, 49, of Normalville traveled off of Buchanan Road and into a yard until it struck a ditch on Wednesday at 7:39 a.m., Uniontown state police said, adding that there were no reported injuries. The Firebird sustained minor damage but was driven from the scene, police noted.

Burglary
An unknown actor entered the Pittsburgh Street residence of a known but unnamed 41-year-old male between Sept. 16 and Sept. 30 and stole an ATV from the property, according to Uniontown state police. The victim describes the ATV as a 2007 Kawasaki KVF750 with camouflage, aftermarket chrome wheels and a black cargo box, police said, encouraging those with any information to contact Uniontown state police.
