The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 17. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Daniel R. Merico, 51, of Uniontown was charged with criminal mischief.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Matthew D. Nicholson, 30, of Scottdale was charged with DUI.

Roy Grosskopf, 35, of Butler was charged with criminal mischief.

Dennis G. Cavalier, 63, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

William T. Cavalier, 25, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

April Leasure, 26, of Scottdale was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brian E. McFadden, 46, of Connellsville was charged with delivering a controlled substance and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Kerrianne H. Thompson, 29, of Farmington was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Todd C. Endsley, 29, of Adah was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Jeneen A. Speeney, 49, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Jorden M. Keener, 22, of Dilliner was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Alvin L. Cox, 52, of Donora was charged with theft and criminal trespass.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Denver L. Findley, 18, of Canonsburg was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kevin A. Schultz, 30, of Fredericktown was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

John A. Bower III, 42, of Fredericktown was charged with DUI.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Derrick Bass, 28, of Monessen was charged with strangulation, simple assault and false imprisonment.

Gregory Sokol, 32, of Pricedale was charged with retail theft.

Darrian N. Wyandt, 20, of Monongahela was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Jarmarcus L. Ariste, 21, of Olive Branch, Mississippi was charged with accident involving damage to an attended vehicle.
