The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties April 10. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries
Crystal A. Vernon, 40, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.
Shavell E. Morgan, 36, of Uniontown was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
Dustin M. Mickey, 18, of Grindstone was charged with simple assault.
Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning
Matthew Garner, 24, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.
Susanna M. Wiltrout, 45, of Connellsville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.
Hannah E. Wright, 20, of Confluence was charged with DUI.
Ki Ron M. Lewis, 22, of Greensburg was charged with DUI.

Dashalon M. Jones, 26, of Adah was charged with DUI and intent to possess a controlled substance.
Theo Johnson, 32, of New Salem was charged with DUI.
Raven D. Ramsey, 25, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance.
Ragene R. Batie, 22, of Masontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kenneth J. Frazee, 48, of Smithfield was charged with DUI.
Mark A. Miller, 52, of S. Connellsville was charged with receiving advance payments and theft.
John W. Hibbard III, 43, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Jeffrey M. Pager, 47, of New Eagle was charged with criminal mischief.
Westmoreland County

David L. Hresko, 32, of West Newton was charged with IDSI, unlawful contact with a minor, aggravated indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children, corruption or minors and indecent exposure.
Ahna L. Malik, 39, of Herminie was charged with retail theft and theft.
Leonard R. Wojtaszek, 59, of Belle Vernon was charged with DUI.
Franklin R. Bryan, 40, of Monessen was charged with false statements, receiving advance payment for services and theft.
