The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Washington and Westmoreland counties Jan. 28. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Germy Votor, 22, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault and intent to possess a controlled substance.
Brandon A. Nara, 21, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Leandra R. Kennedy, 27, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, and DUI.
Kathryn L. Palmer, 62, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

George Black, 53, of Connellsville was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
Robert L. Sparks, 22, of Farmington was charged with DUI.
Katrina A. Rogers, 46, of Scottdale was charged with conspiracy.

Frankie L. Valentine, 22, of New Salem was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Brandon S. Rocca, 19, of Gans was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.
Marilyn J. Martin, 59, of Gans was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.
Richard J. Williams, 39, of Gans was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.
Michelle Provance, 44, of Ronco was charged with simple assault.

Eric M. Rock, 28, of Star Junction was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thomas C. Stark, 42, of Star Junction was charged with simple assault.
