Nathan Shearer, 38, of Connellsville was charged for allegedly violating a protection-from-abuse order.
CALIFORNIA
Woman charged
Sabrina L. Cullen, 33, of California was charged with unauthorized use of vehicles, DUI and theft after she reportedly took a vehicle without returning it. California Borough Police stopped her on California Road Feb. 3. She was reportedly driving with a suspended license and refused a blood draw.
DUNBAR
Women cited
Virginia Hixson, 72, of Dunbar and Leslie Hyatt, 47, of Uniontown were both cited with harassment for a reported physical altercation at about 2:30 p.m. Dec. 6 at 40 Patricia Lane.

Harassment alleged
Stephen Ward, 41, of Pittsburgh was cited with harassment for a reported verbal argument that allegedly turned physical with Cynthia Weimer, 39, of Connellsville at about 4 p.m. Dec. 6.

Two-vehicle accident
State police said driver Tara L. Jackson, 25, of Fairchance hit driver Kristie J. Morris-Metts, 44, of Ohiopyle, who was driving in the opposite lane of travel on Springhill Furnace Road near Clark Road at about 6 p.m. Feb. 10 during heavy snowfall. No injuries were reported.

Ladder stolen
A 21-year-old Markleysburg man reported a Big Denali Hawk Ladder Tree Stand Model was stolen from his tree stand at Flat Rock Road sometime between 8 a.m. Jan. 26 and 8 a.m. Feb. 16.

Car damaged
State police said a 24-year-old Westmoreland County woman reported paint chips were missing from the front bumper of her Ford Mustang. The damage reportedly occurred between 7 p.m. Feb. 14 and 9:40 a.m. Feb. 15.
SPRINGHILL TWP.
SUV hits fence
Driver Jacob J. Krafcheck, 36, of Uniontown reportedly lost control of his vehicle on Morgantown Road near Nilan Hill Road at about 5 p.m. Feb. 10 and hit a fence with his Saturn Vue. State police said there were sudden weather conditions with heavy snowfall, and the road had not been plowed.

DUI
Kinesha A. Rayoni, 28, of Uniontown was charged with DUI after she was stopped on West South Street at about 2:20 a.m. Nov. 16 for driving without lights. She was reportedly driving with a suspended license.
