The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Feb. 14. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Brian K. Cross Jr., 38, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault and strangulation.

Frederick G. Huff Jr., 38, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Shawn R. Larkin, 41, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Phillip M. Nicklow, 36, of Connellsville was charged with receiving stolen property.

William T. Bell, 21, of Dunbar was charged with accident involving damage to an attended vehicle.

Crystal M. Gilpin, 35, of Acme was charged with simple assault.

Jason L. Shaw, 27, of Connellsville was charged with retail theft.

Charles D. Springer Jr., 24, of Uniontown was charged with terroristic threats.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Crystal L. Savage, 57, of Markleysburg was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Charles E. Bolam III, no age listed, of Westmoreland City was charged with materially false written statement.

Sherman R. Dillow, no age listed, of Lake Lynn was charged with DUI.

James E. Brangard, 41, of Lake Lynn was charged with DUI.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Jeremy W. Curtis, 35, of Waynesburg was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Anthony W. King, 21, of Greensboro was charged with aggravated assault, criminal homicide and reckless endangerment.

George W. Wolfe III, 29, of Ronco was charged with accident involving death or personal injury, DUI and reckless endangerment.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Nicholas Deicas, 29, of Monessen was charged with defiant trespass, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Taft D. Jones, 31, of Monessen was charged with simple assault.

Angelica J. Fleming, 26, of Monessen was charged with possession of marijuana, intent to possess a controlled substance and delivering a controlled substance.

Samantha J. King, 26, of Vanderbilt was charged with theft.

Benjamin J. Kritschgau, 39, of Murrysville was charged with theft.

Jessica L. Rose, 25, of Monessen was charged with theft.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Timothy J. Graf, 33, of Sutersville was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Chad W. Wolfe, 34, was charged with criminal attempted homicide, aggravated assault, criminal attempted burglary, burglary, conspiracy and robbery.

David R. Rae, 58, of West Newton was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Matthew J. Luketich, 24, of Fayette City was charged with theft.

Richard W. Luketich, 34, of Fayette City was charged with theft.
