Disorderly house

Leslie G. Ackles, 19, of New Kensington and Teylor M. Bristo, 21, of Clairton were cited with disorderly house Friday after California Borough Police were called to Vulcan Village at about 2:50 a.m. Feb. 23 for a report of shouting from the parking lot.

Liquor law violation

The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited Spuds Bar & Grill for allegedly selling alcohol with an expired license and failing to have a manager complete required training.

DUI

State police charged Frank Ross, 65, of Dunbar with two counts of DUI Tuesday following a traffic stop at Seaton Hill Road and Church Road at about 7:30 p.m. Feb. 18 after police were called for a disturbance at a convenience store. Police said Ross left the store before police arrived.

DUI

Ashley Habrat, 18, of McClellandtown was charged with DUI Friday after her vehicle was stopped by state police at the intersection of Georges Fairchance Road and Morgantown Road Feb. 5 just before midnight. The traffic stop was related to a burglary investigation that had just taken place.

Rollover crash

State police said driver Don C. McDonald Jr., 29, of Brownsville drove off Morgantown Road near Farm Road at about 3:30 a.m. Feb. 17 and hit an embankment, causing his Volkswagon Golf to overturn. He was not wearing a seatbelt, police said, and allegedly fled the scene. He was taken to Uniontown Hospital for minor injuries and a blood draw.

Retail theft

State police said someone stole a $3.25 pack of lighters from Dollar General on North Gallatin Avenue at about 9:30 a.m. Feb. 2.

Man charged

Christopher Martell, 27, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI Monday following a traffic stop at the intersection of University Drive and U.S. 119 at about 6:30 p.m. Oct. 3.

Retail theft

Michael Zeigler, 30, and Javon Brown, 26, both of Uniontown were charged with receiving stolen property and retail theft for allegedly stealing about $200 worth of merchandise from Dollar General on National Pike at about 10 p.m. Feb. 10.

POINT MARION

Accident without injuries

State police said drivers Tasha M. Long, 35, of Yukon and John G. Goff, 67, of Point Marion collided on Penn Street near its intersection with South Main Street at about 10:20 a.m. Friday. Goff’s passenger was listed as Janice F. Goff, 66, of Lake Lynn. No injuries were reported.

SMITHTON

Warrant issued

State police in Belle Vernon are looking for Russell L. Gongaware III, 34, who was charged with misdemeanor counts of receiving stolen property, theft from motor vehicle, loitering and prowling at nighttime and attempted theft from motor vehicle by state police Nov. 11. Police said he was caught breaking into vehicles while intoxicated in Smithton Nov. 5. He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Charles M. Christner and released on his own recognizance. Police said he failed to appear, and police issued a bench warrant.

Felony retail theft

Lindsay Custer, 19, Jasmine Stokes, 22, Connie Koontz, 33, and Hannah Koontz, 23, all of Connellsville were charged with felony counts of retail theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing about $1,517 worth of merchandise from Walmart Feb. 19. The items were recovered and returned to Walmart.

DUI

State police said a 65-year-old Bobtown man was charged with DUI after he was stopped on U.S. 119 at about 9 p.m. Feb. 23 for an inoperable brake light and driving below the speed limit. He reportedly admitted he had been drinking. His name was not listed on a release.

UNIONTOWN

DUI

Felisha D. Davis, 31, of Uniontown was charged Friday with three counts of DUI and one count each of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was stopped for a reported vehicle code violation on Jefferson Street at about 1:20 p.m. Feb. 18.
