The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties March 8-10. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Daniel Jones, 23, of Connellsville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, and DUI.

Dana A. Gaines, 43, of Republic was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Tristin Greenawald, 18, of Uniontown was charged with disorderly conduct.

William Greenawalt Jr., 19, of Uniontown was charged with disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

John W. Mills Sr., 66 of Lemont Furnace was charged with receiving stolen property.

John W. Mills Jr., 29, of Lemont Furnace was charged with receiving stolen property.

Rebecca M. Grace, 26, of Farmington was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Dannye D. Irwin Jr., 42, of Uniontown was charged with theft.

Vernon B. Crable, 46, of New Salem was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Abel J. Wohl, 24, of Smithton was charged with simple assault.

David G. Kotyuha, 26, of Smithfield was charged with retail theft.

Robin D. Hall, 47, of Dunbar was charged with defiant trespass.

George W. Cecil, 56, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Laura J. Johnson, 38, of Waynesburg was charged with DUI.

Anthony J. Simonetti Jr., 31, of Waynesburg was charged with DUI and possession of marijuana.

Michael H. Ludrosky, 18, of Rices Landing was charged with DUI.

Kerri M. Christy, 28, of Fredericktown was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and theft.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Tia Beer, 23, of Carmichaels was charged with terroristic threats.

Jacinda M. Miller, 21, of Rices Landing was charged with terroristic threats.

Julie A. Strosnider, 37, of Bobtown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Adam J. Pager, 31, of Perryopolis was charged with delivering a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Tyler A. Patch, 29, of Donora was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
