Daniel Jones, 23, of Connellsville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, and DUI.
Dana A. Gaines, 43, of Republic was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
