The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties March 11. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

John T. MacDougall Jr., 76, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

James W. Bellis, 30, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Jeremiah R. Pletcher, 20, of Vanderbilt was charged with possession of firearm prohibited, firearms not to be carried without a license, and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Justin M. Samol, 34, of Hiller was charged with aggravated assault, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple assault.

Jajuan Mercer, 27, of Brownsville was charged with simple assault.

Kevin L. Johnson, 27, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Amanda J. Whitacre, 31, of Scottdale was charged with DUI.

Julius L. Templeton, 19, of Farmington was charged with DUI.

Robert J. Zippay Jr., 38, of Cardale was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Joshua M. Martin, 32, of Labelle was charged with aggravated harassment by prisoner.

William A. Little III, 25, of Masontown was charged with DUI.

Nathan E. Guty, 26, of New Salem was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jessica M. Johnson, 33, of Smock was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kameron L. Donahue, 27, of Adah was charged with DUI.

Christian A. Hrabak, 46, of Republic was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cassandrea L. Delgado, 50, of Denbo was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

Ronald K. Efaw, 51, of Washington was charged with DUI.

Kyle A. Faddis, 22, of Jefferson was charged with DUI.

Walter J. Bella Jr., 40, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

James S. Kroskie, 59, of Charleroi was charged with DUI.

Curtis A. Arnold, 48, of Donora was charged with simple assault.
