The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties March 13. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Letticia Torres, 41, of Jefferson was charged with making repairs to a weapon.
Javon L. Brown, 27, of Uniontown was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and reckless endangerment.
Dylan R. Must, 26, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.
Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning
Edward L. Rugg, 34, of Markleysburg was charged with delivering a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance and DUI.
Nathan J. Johnston, 34, of Markleysburg was charged with failure to provide accurate information.
Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.
Daniel T. Williams, 36, of Brownsville was charged with DUI.
Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II
Megan M. Adams, 26, of Sycamore was charged with retail theft.
Greene County
Magisterial District Judge David Balint
David W. Home Jr., 35, of Waynesburg was charged with DUI.
Washington County
Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis
Tina M. Johns, 52, of Brownsville was charged with strangulation and simple assault.
Westmoreland County

Bernicky M. Vargo, 48, of Fayette City was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
Alonzo D. Russell, 25, of Erie was charged with possession of marijuana.
Damiyan V. Davis, 22, of West Newton was charged with indecent assault.
