The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties March 20. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Donald K. Brooks, 38, of Vanderbilt was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and making repairs to a weapon.

Tyler E. Lee, 20, of Uniontown was charged with terroristic threats, causing a catastrophe and disorderly conduct.

Trisha A. Carr, 39, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Michaela L. Burns, 23, of Markleysburg was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James D. Foster, 27, of Monessen was charged with flight to avoid apprehension.

Jesse C. Long, 46, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard Thomas, no age listed, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Virgil A. Yarbrough, 35, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Brian D. Ewart, 43, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Joseph R. Rockhill, 19, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Kristen Freed, 37, of Uniontown was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Morgan B. Fulton, 26, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gregory C. Hartzell, 31, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Kayla Evans, 23, of Dunbar was charged with DUI.

Hunter A. Reich, 20, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Katherine M. Brink, 49, of Perryopolis was charged with criminal attempted theft.

Gregory C. Hartzell, 31, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Michael L. Metts, 46, of Ohiopyle was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Michael R. Haines, 36, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Anthony A. Kalfut, 27, of Smithfield was charged with simple assault.

Jeffrey S. Gerhardt, 55, of Smock was charged with DUI.

Bobbi S. Brownfield, 36, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Brian E. Lowe, 53, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Christopher N. Foster, 30, of Smithfield was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Travis Lewellen Sr., 28, of Masontown was charged with retail theft.

Jon R. Gaul, 26, of Belle Vernon was charged with DUI.

Gloria L. Mandich, 54, of Vanderbilt was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Samuel J. Upton, 42, of Dawson was charged with DUI.

Haley R. Wiltrout, 30, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge David Balint

Derek T. Stickles, 23, of Waynesburg was charged with taking big game beyond season limits.

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

James W. Black, 30, of Clarksville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

William C. Grim, 40, of Bentleyville was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Tyler A. Gump, 27, of Marianna was charged with receiving stolen property, escape, fleeing from an officer, DUI, reckless endangerment, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Kristofer Cemiga, 31, of Belle Vernon was charged with retail theft.

Pamela S. Gamble, 44, of N Belle Vernon was charged with harassment.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Jacob R. Newill, 20, of Mount Pleasant was charged with possession of marijuana and intent to possess a controlled substance.
