The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Nov. 18. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

William K. Wert, 49, of Uniontown was charged with DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Elizabeth A. Porter, 40, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

James R. Ansell, 42, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

George W. Cornish, 28, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Joshua D. Cordwell, 36, of Lake Lynn was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also later charged with DUI and false reports.

Zachary A. Anthony, 27, of Monessen was charged with simple assault, possession of an instrument with criminal intent and terroristic threats.

Corrie L. Austin, 43, of Carmichaels was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kori L. Spohn, 33, of Brownsville was charged with receiving stolen property, DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Robert K. Delo, 26, of McKeesport was charged with DUI.

Shelly M. Koerbel, 47, of Glassport was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Samuel J. Upton, 42, of Leisenring was charged with DUI.

Kasi N. Staley, 36, of Connellsville was charged with theft, identity theft and tampering with records.

Ravyn A. Therrell, 37, of Donora was charged with simple assault.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge David Balint

Rolando G. Castillo, 42, of Beaumont, Texas, was charged with DUI.

Christopher L. Farkas, 20, of Waynesburg was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Shawn P. Reece, 37, of Waynesburg was charged with retail theft.

Ellen S. Weeks, 27, of Lodi, Ohio, was charged with DUI and reckless endangerment.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Kristi L. Magnone, 30, of Smithton was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael J. Hrivnak, 30, of Allenport was charged with forgery and theft.

James Lemon, no age listed, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault.

Nathaniel Soderholm, 37, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault.

Michael J. Hrivnak, 30, of Allenport was charged with forgery and theft.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Jeremy J. Lent, 41, of Labelle was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gregg C. Huston Jr., 41, of Labelle was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Luis A. Gomez, 49, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance.

Jamie L. Brady, 44, of Brownsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew J. Price, 27, of Belle Vernon was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Jennifer M. Morton, 43, of New Eagle was charged with theft and retail theft.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Oscar Bickerstaff, 25, of Pittsburgh was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and harassment.

Leah M. Jarvis, 30, of Monessen was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
