The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Sept. 26. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Kevin D. Parks, 18, of Uniontown was charged with receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, theft and disorderly conduct.
Trervon A. Plummer, 19, of Uniontown was charged with receiving stolen property, possession of firearm prohibited, firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of marijuana, criminal mischief and theft.
Marissa R. Boatright, 24, of Hiller was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Calvin J. Dainty, 20, of Uniontown was charged with criminal mischief and defiant trespass.
Robin R. Davis, 48, of Dunbar was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries
Justin S. Trump, 36, of Dunbar was charged with retail theft.
Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning
Karena V. Bell, 29, of Donora was charged with retail theft.
Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.
Michael D. Hucosh Jr., 27, of New Salem was charged with forgery and theft.

Leslie L. Stipa, 39, of Belle Vernon was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael G. Carlson, 33, of Nemacolin was charged with stalking and harassment.
Lisa A. Delgado, 58, of Brownsville was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
Greene County
Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates
Kevin M. Bertloff, 37, of Nemacolin was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ashley Martin, 32, of Nemacolin was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Washington County
Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson
Edward J. Poroda Jr., 60, of Monongahela was charged with intimidating a witness/victim, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Holly M. Szedon, 30, of Monongahela was charged with retail theft.
Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins
James Vanemburg, 33, of Donora was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
Westmoreland County
Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner
Edwin J. Green, 22, of Belle Vernon was charged with DUI.
Diane J. Mesiarik, 52, of West Newton was charged with forgery and tampering with records.
