The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 2. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Robert M. Sabo, 70, of Stahlstown was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Benjamin F. Bassinger, 28, of Dickerson Run was charged with DUI.

Donald R. Ohler, 36, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kris R. Burkholder, 41, of White was charged with defiant trespass.

Robert S. Burkholder, 45, of White was charged with defiant trespass.

William A. O’Donnell, 56, of Connellsville was charged with simple assault.

Clarence Spackman Sr., 53, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Gilbert R. Ritenour, no age listed, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Samantha J. Rankin, 33, of Hopwood was charged with DUI and accident involving damage to an attended vehicle.

Mary M. Smith, 43, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Derena M. Minnick, 48, of Uniontown was charged with DUI and resisting arrest.

Douglas R. Lilley, 34, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Kendra R. Gibson, 26, of Fairchance was charged with DUI.

George E. Sullivan Jr., 50, of Masontown was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Hunter J. Stiner, 23, of McClellandtown was charged with DUI.

William H. Price, 22, of Greensboro was charged with simple assault.

Lacey R. Williams, 31, of Cowen, West Virginia was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Zachary B. Connors, 31, of Leisenring was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Jennifer A. McGuckin, 31, of Leisenring was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert W. Ebbert, 54, of Connellsville was charged with possession and use of drug paraphernalia.

Robert D. Russell, 37, of Dunbar was charged with retail theft.

Tina Sigwalt, 36, of Dunbar was charged with disseminating false or misleading information and DUI.

Cami Johnson, 33, of Connellsville was charged with theft.

Ronald Conard Jr., 30, of Carmichaels was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and intent to possess a controlled substance.

William M. Hoge, 25, of Nemacolin was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Denny, 26, of Nemacolin was charged with DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
