Fillies come back to knock off Belle Vernon

Belle Vernon won the opening set before Laurel Highlands rallied to take the next three to claim victory in a Section 3-AAA girls volleyball match Thursday night.

The Fillies won by scores of 22-25, 25-4, 25-17 and 25-16.

Mandy Fine had nine service points for the Lady Leopards (3-9, 4-10) and led her team in kills. Allie Brooks had 20 digs and Sarah Bury topped BV in assists.
