The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 11-13. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Jacques M. Johns, 25, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.
Wayne A. Crossland, 54, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.
Bonnie J. Shawley, 44, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.
Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty
Kody A. Pujia, 29, of Acme was charged with strangulation and simple assault.
Lauren Lafiska, 23, of Dunbar was charged with simple assault.
Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning
Nathan A. Craig, 34, of North Olmsted, Ohio was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and DUI.

Maddison D. Angelone, 22, of Republic was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, intent to possess a controlled substance, and DUI.
Isaac P. Michaux, 18, of Brownsville was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana and intent to possess a controlled substance.
Raymond G. Sitton, 21, of Monessen was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Tanya M. Skelton, 43, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.
Cynthia Guthrie, 55, of Fairchance was charged with theft and forgery.
John T. Lewis, 39, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was charged with accessing a device issued to another.
Jeremiah S. Fowler, 25, of Ronco was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
John W. Palmer IV, 18, of Masontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Michael A. Zadrozny, 53, of Fayette City was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals.
Robert Tissue, 42, of Connellsville was charged with receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy, criminal trespass and theft.
Mark A. Miller, 52, of Connellsville was charged with receiving stolen property, burglary, criminal trespass and theft.

Robert C. Marshall, 37, of Monessen was charged with criminal trespass, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kimberly Snyder, 25, of Charleroi was charged with criminal trespass.
Allen Tegi, 35, of Washington was charged with accessing a device issued to another, theft, receiving stolen property, forgery and identity theft.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner
Thomas D. Hepple, 40, of Fayette City was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and accident involving damage to an attended vehicle.
Malik H. Lawson, 24, of Donora was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.
