Burglary reported
State police said someone burglarized a Ruble Mill Road home and caused $10,000 in damages to property belonging to Pauline Stillwagon, 70, of Sycamore and Andrew Stillwagon, 31, of Point Marion at about 4:45 p.m. Sept. 29.

Theft charges
German Township Police charged a 30-year-old Uniontown man with criminal conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property for a May 27 incident following an investigation that began in May.

Sexual abuse of a child
German Township Police charged a 25-year-old New York man with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors for an alleged sexual abuse incident June 22. Police said their investigation began in June.

Domestic violence
State police charged Nicolette Bogden, 23, of Rices Landing with simple assault for allegedly punching a 26-year-old Lock Haven man and causing a black eye on McClellandtown Road at about 5:30 p.m.

Welder found

DUI
State police charged Angela Simmons, 28, of Uniontown with DUI after she was stopped at the intersection of West Main Street and Mount Macrina Road at about 2:10 a.m. Oct. 4.

Drug charges
State police said they found a 53-year-old Point Marion woman in possession of crack cocaine during a traffic stop at the intersection of Morgantown Street and Boulevard Street at about 12:45 a.m. Sept. 19.
