The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 16. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Tiffany M. Bellis, 29, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

William E. Myers, 34, of Star Junction was charged with fraudulently obtaining food stamps.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Kaleb G. Valentine, 30, of E. Millsboro was charged with defiant trespass.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Kristopher A. Taylor, 21, of New Salem was charged with DUI.

Michael P. Kovachick, 28, of Brownsville was charged with flight to avoid apprehension.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Tyler W. Guthrie, 24, of Smithfield was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Gerald D. Rexrode, 56, of Vanderbilt was charged with DUI.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge David Balint

James T. Bagley, 32, of Nemacolin was charged with fleeing from an officer.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Brenden T. Croup, 27, of Charleroi was charged with robbery, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, theft, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Jessy L. Radcliff, 40, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Jaricca L. Kuhn, 29, of Republic was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

John G. Danko, 48, of Vestaburg was charged with simple assault.

Elijah R. Byrd, 23, of Pittsburgh was charged with delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Cleveland B. McCourt, 46, of Stockdale was charged with DUI.

Jon W. Shaw, 25, of Fayette City was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana and DUI.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Gregory Fowler, 44, was charged with false identification to law enforcement.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Jarred M. Crouch, 34, of Acme was charged with burglary and theft.

Ryan J. Dancy, 35, of West Newton was charged with simple assault.

Anthony E. Faloona, 29, of Irwin was charged with fleeing from an officer and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Kyle D. Paulton, 21, of Mount Pleasant was charged with DUI.
