The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 23. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Mark Duda, 49, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana.

Millicent A. Hall, 33, of Uniontown was charged with endangering the welfare of children.

Eric M. Higinbotham, 33, of Smock was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

David N. Andrews, 22, of Connellsville was charged with delivery of a controlled substance and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Zachary M. Helisek, 22, of Smock was charged with criminal mischief.

Dristin A. Yancec, 20, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana and DUI.

Rebecca A. Brennsteiner, 46, of Lemont Furnace was charged with DUI.

Gary J. Brooks, 29, of Chestnut Ridge was charged with robbery, theft and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Karl R. Keyton, 29, of Uniontown was charged with criminal conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property.

Robert A. Skidmore, 68, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was charged with fleeing from an officer.

Randy F. Jimenez, 25, of Bronx, New York, was charged with IDSI, statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, sexual assault, indecent exposure and corruption of minors.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Tyler S. Bigley, 27, of Waynesburg was charged with simple assault.

Christopher F. Thomas, 42, of Washington was charged with DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Timothy A. Temple, 31, of Wadestown, West Virginia, was charged with simple assault.

Taylor B. Price, 24, of Weatover, West Virginia, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Jesse Snyder, 34, of Charleroi was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Michael K. Stuart Jr., 31, of Pittsburgh was charged with strangulation, simple assault and terroristic threats.

Lucas A. Weaver, 22, of Coal Center was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Danielle C. Soldano, 26, of Fairbank was charged with retail theft.

Rickey T. Matherne III, 20, of Duncansville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Jevon Latham, 18, of Mount Joy was charged with burglary, theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Noah J. Markovitz, 18, of Pittsburgh was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Connie S. Opfar, 57, of Monongahela was charged with theft.

Ronda R. Soldano, 53, of Fairbank was charged with retail theft.

Westmoreland County

Justice J. Tartt, 23, of Monessen was charged with accessing a device issued to another, theft and receiving stolen property.

Robert J. Russell Sr., 36, of Donora was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Brian A. Dixson, 52, of Pittsburgh was charged with DUI.
