The Washington County coroner’s office is seeking information on Daniel Danilchak Jr., 87, who was born December 8, 1937, and died April 16. He last resided at Eggers Avenue, Belle Vernon (Fayette County), and was recently in Premier Washington Rehab and Nursing.
