ANDOVER, Mass. (AP) — ANDOVER, Mass. (AP) — TransMedics Group Inc. (TMDX) on Monday reported a loss of $25.4 million in its third quarter.
The Andover, Massachusetts-based company said it had a loss of 78 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 12 cents per share.
The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 18 cents per share.
The medical technology company posted revenue of $66.4 million in the period, which also topped Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $48.1 million.
TransMedics expects full-year revenue in the range of $222 million to $230 million.
