Masontown

William O. Girard, 72, of Masontown, died Tuesday, November 14, 2023, after a battle with cancer. Bill was born November 1, 1951, in Masontown, a son of the late Clara Mollard Girard and Mario Girard.

He was a graduate of Albert Gallatin High School, Class of 1969.

He is survived by his son, Chance Girard of Pittsburgh; his grandson, Lorenzo Girard; his daugh-ter, Loni Mori of Belle Vernon; and his brother, Daniel Girard and wife Linda of Smithfield, N.C.

In addition to his parents, Bill was predeceased by his wife, Sandra Girard.

A memorial service will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, November 28, in the First Presbyter-ian Church in Masontown. Funeral services will be private.

Memorials, in Bill’s name, may be made to the Salvation Army Albert Gallatin Service Center in Masontown.
