Cheesy Spinach Chicken Bake

Servings: 4-6
2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
15 ounces ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon lemon thyme
Heat oven to 375 F.
Cut rotisserie chicken and spinach into bite-sized pieces. In baking dish, mix chicken and spinach with ricotta cheese.
Add mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and lemon thyme. Mix well then bake 30 minutes.
