The Pennsylvania State Society Daughters of the American Revolution, Great Crossings Chapter NSDAR, and the John McKee CAR honored, remembered, and acknowledged the 25th anniversary of Flight 93 passengers’ and crew’s heroic efforts to avoid a larger tragedy and lower the number of lives lost during the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. A wreath was laid at the Flight 93 Memorial Plaza in Somerset County, in their memory. The Great Crossings Chapter was appreciative of Dr. Susan Gillette Meer, PSSDAR State Regent; Dr. Sharla Rausch, PSSDAR Commemorative Events Chair, and Edmund Caliguiri, President of John McKee Society CAR, for their heartfelt greetings.
