State Theatre announces its 2025-26 season

The State Theatre Center for the Arts in Uniontown has announced its 2025-26 season, which includes Broadway-inspired performances, family-friendly favorites, musical tributes and stand-up comedy.
Featured performances scheduled are:
-“Good Witch, Bad Witch: The Broadway Witches,” is a tribute to Broadway’s most beloved witches. It is set for Nov. 23.
-“The Nutcracker.” a beloved local tradition with an all-local cast, will be staged Dec. 11-14.
-“Couples Comedy” will star two nationally touring comedians on Feb. 13.
-“Mutts Gone Nuts – Unleashed” is a canine comedy show with tricks and laughs for the whole family, April 11.
-“Gone to Paradise: The Ultimate Jimmy Buffett Experience” is a musical tribute to Jimmy Buffett. It will be presented May 9.
Alongside the season’s live events, the State Theatre will also present its All-American Classic Film Series, featuring great American films as part of the region-wide celebration of America & Fayette 250.
According to Chaz Berkshire, the State Theatre’s box office manager, “We’re proud to bring professional-caliber productions to our community while keeping them affordable and accessible. The arts are a vital part of our community, and we’re committed to preserving these opportunities for generations to come.”
