Billy Idol tour to stop at Star Lake
Billy Idol was a fixture of MTV in the 1980s, and he’s been on the comeback trail lately.
His first new album in more than a decade, “Dream Into It,” was released in April, there’s a new documentary, “Billy Idol Should Be Dead,” streaming on Hulu, and Idol will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame later this year, along with Phil Collins, Iron Maiden, Oasis and others.
Idol has also been on the road, and the singer of “Rebel Yell,” “Eyes Without a Face” and other hits will be at the Pavilion at Star Lake outside Burgettstown Thursday.
The show starts at 7:30 p.m. For information, go online to billyidol.net/tour.
