Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra will have free concerts this weekend

The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra (PSO) will be performing free concerts at four locations this weekend.

All four concerts will have patriotic, much-loved selections, including “America the Beautiful,” “Stars and Stripes Forever” and “1812 Overture.”

The first concert will be at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall and Museum in Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood today at 7 p.m. Registration is required.

On Friday, the PSO will be at South Park Amphitheater at 8:15 p.m. Then, on Saturday, the symphony will be at the Arts Landing in downtown Pittsburgh at 6 p.m. The PSO will wrap up the weekend with a show at Hartwood Acres at 8:15 p.m.
